Vocation Animation
Vocation Animation
The Franciscan Sisters of St. Anna (FSSA) congregation has a vocation animation committee comprising of the Vocation Animator, the assistant vocation animator, and twenty one other co-opted members identified within the congregation to promote vocation in various parishes and dioceses.
The main objective of this committee is to promote vocation especially to young girls who feel called to serve in Christ’s vineyard as religious nuns.
The committee organizes for vocational and motivational talks in various learning institutions, they plan for youth workshops in different parishes, the committee also organizes yearly seminars for the candidates who are aspiring to join the congregation.
Even though vocation promotion is an apostolate carried out by all the religious nuns within the congregation, the identified committee helps to structure policies related to vocation animation and the other members of the congregation direct candidates to this committee for easy and smooth communication and coordination.
