Siaya Region
After the November 2014 Holland chapter, the FSSA generalate moved to Kenya, establishing Siaya and Kisumu regions for effective congregation administration.
Nairobi Region
The Nairobi Special Region was formed in May 2023, with the purpose of enhancing administrative efficiency, allowing for more effective governance and quicker decision-making. It has a total of 46 members within the seven communities.
Kisumu Region

FSSA Friends Association (FSAFA)
Association members join FSSA to share its mission, contribute skills, collaborate in unity for evangelization, and undergo formation to purify motives and strengthen commitment.
